Terms that protect
lawful research use.
Read the eligibility, fulfillment, privacy, and research-use terms that govern purchases from Serenity Compounds.
Policy body text is provided in English for legal clarity. Section titles follow your selected language.
Eligibility and research-use restrictions
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and be authorized to acquire and handle the ordered materials. Accounts and orders may be subject to identity, business, destination, or research-purpose review.
All compounds are offered solely as reference materials for lawful laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research by qualified personnel. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or products for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, prevention, household use, or resale for any such purpose.
Serenity Compounds is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. No product is offered or prepared pursuant to a patient-specific prescription, and no product is represented as a compounded drug.
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether purchase, import, possession, storage, transport, and use are lawful and institutionally permitted at the destination. A website disclaimer does not replace the purchaser’s legal, safety, or compliance obligations.
Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable institutional review, biosafety, controlled-substance, FDA, DEA, customs, export-control, and local laboratory requirements. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.
Electronic acceptance and research attestation
These terms are presented by clickwrap. By creating an account, checking the Terms and Policies box at checkout, submitting an order, or continuing to use an authenticated account after receiving notice of an update, you electronically sign and agree to the version displayed at that time.
Checkout separately requires an affirmative research-use attestation confirming lawful laboratory or in-vitro research by qualified personnel and prohibiting human or animal consumption, administration, compounding, clinical use, or therapeutic use. The order timestamp, policy version, account, and confirmation record should be retained with transaction records.
Prohibited conduct
You may not purchase for personal consumption, administration to any person or animal, compounding, clinical use, diagnostic use, deceptive resale, unlawful export, sanctions evasion, or any purpose inconsistent with the product label and these terms.
You may not provide false account, destination, exemption, tax, identity, or research information; interfere with security controls; scrape restricted data; reverse engineer the service; or use payment disputes as a substitute for contacting support about a legitimate fulfillment issue.
Order acceptance, pricing, and cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. Serenity Compounds may hold, limit, reject, or cancel an order before fulfillment for inventory errors, pricing errors, payment risk, sanctions or destination restrictions, suspected prohibited use, carrier restrictions, compliance concerns, or inability to verify information.
Prices, availability, discounts, free items, reward thresholds, and shipping offers may change without notice. Obvious pricing or technical errors are not binding. Taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage, currency conversion, and destination fees remain the purchaser’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Eligible retail orders paid through the cryptocurrency checkout receive a 15% discount calculated and displayed before the hosted invoice opens. The discount does not apply to wholesale balance top-ups, prior purchases, refunds, duties, taxes, or unsupported payment methods.
Accounts, rewards, and referrals
You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate information. Account benefits, lifetime-spend rewards, affiliate links, credits, and promotional codes have no cash value, may be non-transferable, may exclude refunded or disputed orders, and may be modified or withdrawn where permitted by law.
Referral attribution uses a first-party identifier for the stated attribution window. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, medical claims, spam, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, and undisclosed endorsements are prohibited. Commission becomes payable only after the underlying order clears applicable refund and dispute periods.
Serenity Compounds may suspend or terminate an account, cancel unfulfilled orders, withhold nonvested rewards, or require additional verification for suspected prohibited use, false information, abusive chargebacks, fraud, sanctions risk, security threats, or material policy violations. Legally required refunds and rights survive account termination.
Export controls, sanctions, and restricted destinations
Orders are screened against applicable sanctions, denied-party, export-control, carrier, and destination restrictions. Products will not be shipped where the transaction, purchaser, beneficial owner, end user, payment source, route, or destination presents an unresolved legal or compliance restriction.
Serenity Compounds may request end-use, identity, ownership, institution, or destination information and may refuse or cancel an order without disclosing confidential screening criteria. Purchasers may not reroute, re-export, transfer, or resell materials in violation of applicable controls.
Intellectual property and site content
The site design, text, trademarks, trade dress, product names, original photographs, graphics, software, compiled product data, and original educational content are owned by or licensed to the operator. Third-party laboratory reports and marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
A limited, revocable, nontransferable license permits ordinary use of the site for purchasing and evaluating research materials. Scraping, framing, automated extraction, republication, model training, removal of attribution, commercial reuse, counterfeit documentation, or use that implies endorsement is prohibited without written permission.
Shipping, customs, and delivery
Displayed processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk allocation, title transfer, and consumer-law rights must be confirmed by counsel for each destination. Delays may result from review, carrier operations, customs, weather, force majeure, or incorrect information.
The purchaser must provide a lawful, secure delivery address and monitor tracking. International shipments may be inspected, delayed, returned, refused, seized, or assessed charges by authorities. Serenity Compounds does not promise customs clearance and will not misdescribe contents or value.
Receipt, inspection, and chain of custody
Inspect the shipment promptly on receipt. Confirm package integrity, product identity, quantity, strength, lot code, and batch documentation before accessioning. Quarantine any damaged, leaking, mislabeled, temperature-compromised, or inconsistent unit and contact support with photographs and records.
After opening, transferring, altering, improperly storing, or losing chain of custody, product integrity cannot ordinarily be verified. Laboratory personnel must follow material-specific documentation, safety information, validated methods, and institutional SOPs.
Returns, refunds, and package protection
Return eligibility is limited because chain of custody and material integrity cannot be confirmed after delivery. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, only unopened, unused, untampered products may be considered within 14 calendar days after delivery and only after written return-material authorization (RMA). Do not ship any material without an RMA and provided instructions.
Report shortage, incorrect items, visible damage, leakage, tampering, or transit compromise within 7 calendar days after recorded delivery with order details, packaging photographs, label and lot photographs, and carrier evidence. This inspection period does not remove nonwaivable rights. Optional package protection covers only the events expressly stated at purchase and does not cover buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, customs action, post-delivery loss, improper handling, preparation errors, or prohibited use.
Approved refunds return to the original method where required and technically possible; otherwise an expressly agreed lawful alternative may apply. Restocking, original shipping, duties, and nonrecoverable processor fees may be deducted only where disclosed and legally permitted.
Certificates and analytical claims
A certificate applies only to the identified sample, lot, test date, laboratory, and reported method. Identity, chromatographic purity, measured content, endotoxin screening, heavy-metal analysis, and sterility are separate scopes. One result must not be represented as proving another.
Analytical documentation does not establish safety, efficacy, clinical quality, suitability for administration, regulatory approval, or fitness for a purchaser’s particular method. The purchaser must independently evaluate reports, controls, uncertainty, and method suitability.
Disclaimers of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and research materials are supplied on an “as available” basis for the labeled research purpose. No warranty is made regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, specific research results, or compatibility with an undisclosed method.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer protections may vary by jurisdiction.
Third-party processors, laboratories, carriers, and warehouses
Payment processors, banks, independent laboratories, carriers, hosting providers, and fulfillment facilities are separate service providers. Their names or links do not make them agents authorized to bind Serenity Compounds, and their own terms may also govern their services.
Serenity Compounds remains responsible where applicable law requires, but does not control independent testing schedules, processor authorization decisions, carrier networks, customs actions, or service-provider outages. Claims should be reported promptly so available contractual remedies can be pursued.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
Any limitation of direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, research-delay, customs, or third-party liability must be reviewed for enforceability in each operating and customer jurisdiction. No limitation applies where prohibited by law.
To the extent legally enforceable, business purchasers agree to defend and indemnify the operator and its personnel against third-party claims arising from prohibited use, unlawful import or resale, false representations, mishandling, regulatory noncompliance, or infringement caused by the purchaser.
Disputes, chargebacks, and governing law
Contact support first so fulfillment and payment records can be reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction and submission of relevant evidence to the processor. This does not limit lawful payment-dispute rights.
Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, jury waiver, notice periods, and small-claims exceptions are intentionally not finalized in this draft. Counsel must insert provisions that match the actual operating entity, warehouses, processor agreements, and customer jurisdictions.
Force majeure and general terms
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disorder, epidemic, labor disruption, utility or network failure, carrier refusal of research materials, laboratory testing delay, regulatory hold, government or customs action, sanctions, or supplier interruption.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. The purchaser may not assign an account or order without written consent; the operator may assign these terms with a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the applicable business where lawful.
These terms, incorporated policies, and the accepted order form are the entire agreement for the transaction and supersede prior site statements on the same subject. Provisions concerning payment, prohibited use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, privacy retention, and interpretation survive termination.
Operational notices may be delivered to the account email, displayed in the account, or posted prominently on the site. Formal legal notices require the notice address that must be inserted before launch. Prior versions should be archived and made available on request.
Privacy and data protection
We may collect account details, contact and delivery information, transaction metadata, fraud signals, support communications, consent records, referral identifiers, device information, truncated or hashed network identifiers, and page activity necessary to operate the service.
Data may be used to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, calculate rewards and referrals, measure site performance, comply with law, and send permitted communications. Payment card data should be collected directly by the PCI-compliant hosted processor and not stored by this application.
Service providers may include hosting, database, analytics, email, support, fraud, payment, warehouse, laboratory, and carrier vendors under appropriate contractual restrictions. Data may cross borders with safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention should be limited to operational, tax, fraud, dispute, safety, and legal requirements. Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, subject to lawful exceptions.
Changes and contact
Material policy changes should be dated and communicated as required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before launch, replace all placeholders with the legal entity name, registration details, physical and notice address, privacy contact, governing law, effective date, return window, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
